      We hired your company to do deliveries for us, under a signed contract you agreed to be liable for any damage claims, merchandise lost claims and service failure claims. In the two short months you guys handled our product you lost and damaged a ton of merchandise leading to us terminating your contract. Per the terms of our contract we were legally able to withhold any amounts from you remittances to cover all claims, which we did! Had you operated within the terms of the contract that you agreed to there would not have been any issues.
