    "bait and switch"
    Our experience is short lived! We got a written proposal, accepted it and when the work was complete, the invoice was approximately 10% higher! Their reasoning was that the linear feet they quoted was based on what we told them when in fact, it was greater.
    Then why not call us before you complete the job and let us know that there is a discrepancy and quote us a new price and get our approval prior to completeing the job? After all, we quoted our Customer based on their proposal and now we "take it in the shorts"!
    We are not talking alot of money, rather principles or "lack thereof"! Why give a proposal whenit doesnt hold firm?

    This concern is disappointing to hear, our proposals always include a unit rate when charging by the LF or SF, project quotes and proposals are attached to the orders when placed to correlate the pricing, we have a 10 year reputation of customer service and working out concerns with our customers, If management was made aware of this concern we would have loved the opportunity to get it resolved.
